What I discovered wasn't just a new tool; it was a force multiplier for everything I already knew. I completed 300+ hours of work in a single day. That's not hype; it's what happens when deep business experience meets the right technology, applied the right way.

10X Solutions is where that experience meets that capability. I don't sell AI hype or generic consulting frameworks. I build the three things every winning company needs: Direction, Team, and Tools. Together, in the right order, for each client I work with.

How I got here

Pre-2016 Years of retail management, then leadership in a growing real estate business, followed by a season of study and a move to Fresno in 2013. That path built the operational instincts, people skills, and calm-under-pressure temperament that everything since has been built on.

2016 to 2023 Joined a Central Valley services company as the entire HR function while leading strategic initiatives across operations. Helped the organization grow from roughly 40 to about 250 people through the Covid era. Built the HR infrastructure, safety compliance systems, hiring processes, and leadership rhythms that made that growth possible.

2023 Dove into AI and discovered a capability shift, not just an efficiency gain: 300+ hours of work compressed into a single day. Realized small businesses could now access Fortune 500-level analysis, speed, and output.

2024 Founded 10X Solutions to bring Direction, Team, and Tools to small and mid-sized businesses. Got certified as a Working Genius facilitator. Started building the systems, frameworks, and offerings that make exponential capability accessible.

2026 Consulting engagements underway with a promising local startup, covering HR infrastructure, operational systems, and cost recovery work that is already earning back the investment. Publishing the frameworks 10X uses openly. Building the systems to support both.

What I believe

Small businesses deserve the same quality of strategy, people systems, and technology that Fortune 500 companies have. The only reason they haven't had it is cost and access. AI changes both. That's not a tagline; it's the operating thesis behind every engagement.

I also believe in doing things in the right order. Direction first: know where you're going. Team second: build the people who'll get you there. Tools third: give them what they need to do it. Most companies start with tools and wonder why nothing changes.
